HEES Honours Center (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides educational programs and professional training designed to support students in developing theoretical skills, professional behavior, and career readiness.
The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our educational programs and services. By enrolling in any program, submitting your information, or using our services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms.
References to “HEES Honours Center” include its staff, trainers, and representatives. “You,” “your,” or “Student” refers to any individual enrolling in or participating in our professional training programs.
1. Enrollment
1.1 Students may enroll through our website, forms, or direct contact channels. Enrollment requires providing accurate personal information such as full name, phone number, and any relevant details.
1.2 By enrolling, the Student agrees to provide complete and up-to-date information. Failure to do so may affect participation in the educational programs.
1.3 Enrollment is considered confirmed once registration is completed and applicable fees are paid.
2. Programs
2.1 HEES Honours Center offers structured professional training programs, including but not limited to:
- Professional Restaurant Service Certificate
- Professional Front Desk & Guest Services Certificate
- Professional Airport Service Certificate
2.2 Educational programs are designed as 11-month programs only, unless a shorter duration option is explicitly offered.
2.3 Each program includes training in communication, professional behavior, and career preparation, all aimed at enhancing student success.
3. Scheduling
3.1 Programs are scheduled from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:00, excluding the break from 12:45 to 13:45.
3.2 Students may select preferred schedules where applicable. HEES Honours Center reserves the right to adjust schedules when necessary.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Program fees start from 1,250 MAD per month depending on the selected program and duration.
4.2 A one-time registration fee may apply.
4.3 Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment.
4.4 Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Student Responsibilities
5.1 Students are expected to:
- Attend sessions regularly
- Respect trainers and other students
- Follow program guidelines and instructions
5.2 HEES Honours Center reserves the right to suspend or remove any student for inappropriate behavior or non-compliance.
6. Certification
6.1 Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the program requirements.
6.2 HEES Honours Center does not guarantee employment or visa approval but provides guidance and preparation to support student opportunities and success.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 HEES Honours Center provides training and guidance but is not responsible for outcomes beyond its control, including job placement or visa decisions.
7.2 We are not liable for indirect or unforeseen consequences resulting from participation in our educational programs.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable Moroccan data protection laws.
8.2 Student information is used only for educational, administrative, and communication purposes.
9. Modifications
9.1 HEES Honours Center reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
9.2 Updated Terms will be made available through our official channels.
10. General
10.1 These Terms apply exclusively between the Student and HEES Honours Center.
10.2 If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining Terms remain in effect.
